From the 1st of April unfortunately I’m going to have to ask for a deposit to secure your booking. I understand that occasionally it is necessary to change or reschedule an appointment, but please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Deposits
50% non-refundable deposits will need to be paid to secure your appointment. The deposit will be taken off your bill when you pay for the treatment you have received.
The deposit will be fully refunded if you cancel, as long as you give me at least 24 hours notice.
If you give me less than 24 hours notice

Just a friendly note to say that unfortunately there will be a tiny increase in what you pay from April 1st 2022.

As the cost of operating continues to rise , it’s not something I wanted to do and truly despise .

As I have so much gratitude and love towards you all .

After a few busy weeks with the lashes I’m having a well deserved holiday! I go away on holiday on the 28th august and back the 4th September. So unfortunately no appointments that week! Appointments still available this week for lashes and infils # # #
