At The Farrars Arms, we are currently looking to recruit a *Sous Chef* to our small team of 3. We pride ourselves on freshly cooked traditional pub classics, serving food everyday from 12 Noon. The ideal candidate has extensive experience within this style of cooking and is able to work well within our existing team, alongside this the candidate must also be comfortable with running the kitchen in the absence of the Haed Chef, including all COSH & EHO standards.

There are opportunities to bring your own style and ideas to the menu especially with our Supper Club which runs Wednesday & Thursday.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established pub in the heart of Saddleworth with guests visiting from all over the North West, we have also featured in the 'Suggested By You' category on Manchester's Finest.

Please note that the role is mainly Wednesday to Sunday with an 11am start. Food service finishes at 8pm (7pm on Sunday)

Pay is weekly and all tips are split evenly across the team. We are open to this role being on an hourly or salaried basis. Please note that pay will be based on experience and suitability.
