✨ What a beautiful Reiki weekend ✨
We have had such a beautiful weekend learning, sharing, connecting and stepping into the wonderful world of Reiki.
I’m so incredibly proud of these three lovely ladies for showing up with open hearts, embracing the learning and trusting themselves throughout the weekend.
There have been plenty of deep conversations, lots of laughs, beautiful energy and those quiet moments where everything just feels right. ✨
Watching new students experience Reiki for the first time is one of my favourite parts of teaching. Seeing them relax, connect and begin to trust their own intuition is so special.
✨️✨️✨️✨️Congratulations ladies✨️✨️✨️
you are officially Reiki Level 1 practitioners! 🥰
Your Reiki journey has only just begun, and I can’t wait to see where it takes you. 💫
💜 So proud of you all.

My new scarf has arrived and I absolutely love it ❤️ this isn't just a beautiful scarf,
It was created to honour the thousands of people (mostly women) who were accused of witchcraft in Scotland during the years the Witchcraft Act was in force 😪
Every part has meaning✨️
The black and grey remember the darkness and the ashes. The red and pink represent the legal documents and red tape surrounding the trials. The three-thread white check represents the three things the Witches of Scotland campaign has fought for: Pardon, Apology and Memorial.
and woven into the tartan are 173 threads (one for every year the Witchcraft Act was in force)
So when I wear it I’m wearing a reminder to remember the women behind the stories, to honour those who suffered, and to keep them from being forgotten

We see body's all day every day. We dont judge 🙌
