Look, we need to talk. It's the festive season, we're juggling our schedules trying to squeeze everyone in, and the number of ghosted appointments lately is just brutal.
As a small business, this isn't just annoying it's genuinely tough.
It breaks our hearts to tell people we're fully booked and then watch that appointment sit completely empty because someone missed their slot and didn't bother to tell us.

Let’s be real…We still have wages to pay and bills to cover. When you don't show up, we can't magically fill that spot in five minutes. That money is GONE.
We get that emergencies happen—life throws curveballs, and we understand that. But to not even send a quick text or make a fast call?
We ask you to please value our time as much as we value having you as a client.
