3 month ECO2 fractional laser review ✨

It gets worse before it gets better… but I’m SO glad I trusted the process!

I’ve been waiting three months to share this because I really wanted to give my skin time and show the full journey - from numbing cream (which is definitely needed because it does get a little spicy 🥴), to the swelling and redness, through the little “what have I done?!” moments… right through to now.

I originally had ECO2 mainly because of the tiny little dots under my eyes that I’d become really conscious of. I thought they were milia, but after HOURS down an internet rabbit hole. I discovered they’re actually Fordyce spots - basically visible sebaceous (oil) glands. We all have them, they’re completely normal and something nobody else would ever notice, but I notice absolutely everything on my own skin! Has anyone else heard of them or noticed theirs?

I also want to be completely honest - there was a point during the healing where I did panic. My under-eyes genuinely looked worse than they did before the treatment and I definitely questioned whether I’d done the right thing. You really do have to give your skin time.

Three months on and I’m honestly SO happy I did it. I didn’t realise just how much my whole under-eye area had improved until Laura took my after photos. Everything looks smoother, tighter and fresher, my fine lines have softened and the little dots I originally had the treatment for are SO much less noticeable.

I’d genuinely recommend the treatment, you just need a little patience and to trust that your skin is doing its thing. I’m so pleased with my results - I’m going back for another little session just over the Fordyce spots to see if we can improve them even further.

And the biggest shoutout to Laura Laura Cromie 🤍 She’s been so kind, caring and reassuring throughout the whole process, always there whenever I’ve had a question or needed a little reassurance. I honestly couldn’t have felt in safer hands.

Hannah. Honestly, just look at her 🥹 The happiest, loveliest bride, quite literally having the time of her life.

From the moment I met Hannah, she was just so warm and lovely. She’s one of those people you feel like you’ve known forever.

I loved every second of this morning - the laughs, her gorgeous bridal party and mum, and being there to share such a special part of her day.

This job really does fill my entire heart. I get to meet people like Hannah, share mornings like this with them and somehow call it work. Pinch me 🤍

Using Dior Backstage Foundation, I built up in thin layers to refine areas of acne scarring to create a smooth, even, glowing complexion - while still keeping the skin looking like skin ✨

Skin, cheeks, lips. Not an inch of glow in sight, and I’m usually all about the glow! Full coverage matte foundation, set with powder for a flawless finish. Peachy tones, super heavy bronzer and blush to contour, bare lids, and a touch of brow gel along the lower lash line for a bit of definition.

.mahsel is honestly stunning with or without hair and makeup… but WOW, how gorgeous and elegant does she look here 😍

I was in the gutter from the very start. It felt brutal from start to finish and I had to dig deep just to get through it…. the deep breaths and angry face were consistent features 😮‍💨😡
A complete contrast to Madrid, where I felt like a little kangaroo, jumping around with loads of energy the whole way 🦘

Somehow, we came away with an 11-minute PB, so I’ll take that!

One week down of my two-week enforced rest (physio’s orders), then it’s straight into half marathon training with Fanatics Run Club 😀
