This is what a facial can do when we work beyond just the skin.

These before & afters are from my Advanced Facial Massage + Buccal Massage treatment, a completely hands-on treatment designed to work with the muscles of the face, release tension and encourage lymphatic drainage.

Buccal massage is performed inside the mouth (it sounds strange, but it feels incredible!) which allows me to reach muscles around the cheeks and jaw that I simply can’t get to from the outside.

The result? A face that can look less puffy, more lifted, sculpted and defined, particularly through the cheeks and jawline, while also helping to release all that tension we unknowingly hold in our faces.

No needles. No injectables. Just very clever hands 🙌🏼

I’m a Level 4 VTCT Skin Practitioner, but before any of that I’m just a girl, that cleared acne the hard way and wants to help people avoid walking that same path alone.

Usually you’ll find me in the gym, where I found my people.
My social time, my time out, the fitness and cool stuff is just a bonus.

Gritstone Fitness taught me consistency, patience and that the best results don’t happen overnight.

This is why I do what I do.

I know what it’s like to hide behind make up, avoid photos and try everything to ‘fix’ your skin.

That’s why don’t just treat skin, I support the person wearing it.

When I’m not working…

I’m probably planning my next trip.

I love exploring new places, sipping coffee and enjoying breakfast on a balcony with a gorgeous view.

Travelling reminds me how important it is to take time for yourself.

I hear this almost every day…
Rarely does someone walk through my door asking for a specific treatment.
