1. Avoid touching the treated area for at least 24 hours to prevent the Botox from spreading to unintended muscles.

2. Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, and hot tubs for 24 hours after treatment, as increased blood flow to the area may cause the Botox to spread.

3. Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medications for at least 24 hours after treatment, as they may increase the risk of bruising.

4. Avoid lying down for at least four hours after treatment, as this may cause the Botox to migrate to unintended muscles.

5. Apply a cold compress to the treated area to reduce swelling and discomfort.

6. Avoid applying makeup to the treated area for at least 24 hours after treatment.

7. Follow up with your provider as recommended to ensure the best possible results.
