Every Saturday, seeing that wee face through the hatch window has become part of my week. I honestly can’t imagine not seeing wee Bob every Saturday. I can’t stop crying thinking about it. 😭

We all love you, Bob. ❤️

So, for the next 12 weeks, until the day I finally close my doors, wee Bob gets his TEA FOR FREE every single Saturday. ❤️🍟

It’s the very least I can do for the wee man who has supported me every Saturday
And Bob… you’ll always have a special place in my heart. ❤️

I honestly don’t know where to start with the thank yous. I want to say a massive, massive thank you to every single biker who has supported me over the years, especially everyone who helped with my charity events, took part in the meet-ups, and shared so many great memories meeting up at the Burger Hut. 🏍️❤️

You’ve all supported me, encouraged me, laughed with me, and helped make the last 10 years so special. The memories I’ve made and the friendships I’ve gained will stay with me forever.

I truly can’t thank you all enough for everything you have done and for supporting me and my charities along the way. You have all been absolutely amazing.

So, from the bottom of my heart… THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! ❤️

I never thought I would be writing these words, and if I’m completely honest, I don’t really know how to put into words how I’m feeling.

After 10 incredible years, I have made the very difficult decision that at the end of December, I will be CLOSING the door for the final time.

10 Years

Ten years of early mornings, late nights, busy weekends, Christmases, birthdays, celebrations, hard days, good days — and most importantly, ten years of you. ❤️

When I first started this journey, I could never have imagined how much this little chippy would become such a huge part of my life. It became so much more than a business. It became a place where I got to know people, hear your stories, share your laughs, see your families grow and, along the way, make so many friendships and memories that I will treasure forever.

I have worked every weekend for the past 10 years, and countless evenings too. There have been sacrifices, but I would do it all over again for the memories and for the wonderful people who ordered at my hatch

But now, I feel in my heart that it is time for a new chapter and a new adventure.

A life where evenings and weekends aren’t spent working. A little more time for myself, for my family, for life outside these four walls, and the chance to discover what comes next. ❤️

That doesn’t make saying goodbye any easier.

I have 12 weeks left, and knowing there is a countdown makes it all feel very real. So for the next 12 weeks, I want to soak it all in. I want to enjoy every order, every chat, every familiar face, every laugh, and every “see you next time” — because soon, those ordinary moments will become memories that I will miss more than I can say.

And before I go, I would love for my final Christmas here to be about giving something back.

This year I will be supporting Kinship Care Northern Ireland through their Christmas appeal and my Make a Wish Tree. 🎄❤️

If you are able to donate toys, food or money, absolutely anything would be so very appreciated. Together, we can hopefully bring a little bit of happiness, comfort and Christmas magic to children and families who may be having a difficult time. You can drop it off to the burger hut over the next 12 weeks

It would mean so much to me if, during my final weeks, we could fill that tree and make a real difference. ❤️
