I've been busy behind the scenes blending and creating and I'm so excited to finally introduce my Aromatherapy Massage menu 🤗

September lands softly in our laps tomorrow and marks a new era in the year. A month not quite yet autumn and not quite past summer.

Between the seasons, September is a month for returning to routine, finding our rhythm again and settling into a slightly slower pace.

And with it comes Return to Rhythm

A treatment I've put together to ease you back into the rhythm of everyday life — bringing together some of my favourite elements of massage, facial work and reflexology in one long, unhurried 90 minutes.

A little time to soften, settle and simply be before we move into autumn.

I don’t even know where to begin…

Yesterday, we (part of our HEAL Team) had the opportunity to work at the incredible Awakening Tyrone event. I have attended several holistic events before, but I must say that this was by far the most remarkable one yet.

I can hardly describe it in words, but the love, unity and joy were almost tangible. Throughout the entire event, I felt as though every heart was beating together, and the rhythm of it all was pure peace.
I had the privilege of experiencing unique workshops and listening to wonderful speakers. The whole place felt alive and vibrant, as though it had awakened into a life of its own. This was made even more special by the many beautiful people who moved, connected and vibrated in harmony with the space.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire Awakening Tyrone Team—especially Paddy and Arty, as well as Mary, an active and much-loved member of our HEAL family—for making this experience possible for us.

They created something whose true significance they may not yet fully realise. Yesterday was not simply a gathering of a community; a living, pulsating field of energy came into being.
The humanity, warmth and togetherness of the closing ceremony reminded me just how important genuine human connection and pure love for one another truly are.

Thank you, Awakening Tyrone! I can hardly wait for the next one!

We are excited to announce that we'll be adding Mini Iridology Assessments to our offerings on the day with Fiona Nelson

Iridology is a non-invasive, holistic practice that looks at patterns, colours and markings in the iris to identify areas of strength, imbalance and weaknesses.

Fiona brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for what she does. You'll find Fiona with the HEAL Conscious Living team in the Healing Corner of the Awakening Marquee on the day.
