What if you changed just one tiny thing today?

Nothing dramatic. No new life plan. No pressure to suddenly become the best version of yourself.

Just one wee thing.

Maybe you say no to something you don’t really want to do.

Maybe you say yes to something you normally talk yourself out of.

Maybe you choose to rest without feeling guilty.

Maybe you swap the chocolate or crisps for some fruit.

Maybe you walk to the shop instead of driving.

Maybe you put your phone down for ten minutes, drink a glass of water, step outside, go to bed a little earlier, or finally do that tiny thing you’ve been putting off.

On its own, it might feel completely insignificant.

But tiny choices have a funny way of adding up.

One small decision can become a habit.
A habit can change how you feel.
And over time, all those tiny choices can quietly change your life.

You don’t have to fix everything at once.
You don’t have to overwhelm yourself trying to become someone new.

Just choose one tiny thing today that might make tomorrow’s you feel a little better. 🤍

So this dinosaur popped in for a massage today, had to send him on his way though, we are in the middle of moving 🙈 wont take him long to get to loughmacrory with those legs 🤢😅🤣

I genuinely can’t believe today is the day. 🥹❤️

Tonight I’m getting dressed up in the big dress and heading to the awards, and this morning I’ve been sitting thinking about how the hell I even got here.

Because Enchanted Moon was never some big corporate wellness centre with loads of money or investment behind it.

It was just me.

Me, an idea, a wee room and a massive heart for what I was doing.

And God, that wee room has seen some things. ❤️

I’ve listened to heartbreak, grief, anxiety, family problems, loneliness, fear and things people maybe couldn’t say anywhere else.

I’ve laughed until I cried with people. I’ve cried with people. I’ve watched friendships form. I’ve watched people come through my door absolutely carrying the weight of the world and tried, even just for an hour, to give them somewhere they could put it down.

And sometimes the funny thing was… I was carrying my own weight too.

There were days I was exhausted. Days I worried about money. Days I wondered what the hell I was doing. Days I wanted to give up.

But I showed up.

Again and again and again.

And somehow this little idea of mine became something I don’t think I ever could have imagined when I started.

It became a community.

It became somewhere people felt safe.

And now that this chapter of Enchanted Moon is changing, I can look back and say something that I probably haven’t said enough:

I am so bloody proud of what I created.

Not because it made me rich — Jesus, we all know that didn’t happen 😂 — and not because it was perfect.

But because it mattered.

It mattered to people.

And maybe that’s worth more than I ever realised.

So yes, obviously I would absolutely LOVE to hear my name called tonight 😂❤️ and I’ll probably be a nervous wreck when the time comes.

But being nominated has already made me stop and look at something I was probably too busy surviving to really see.

I did this.

Little old me.

I built something from nothing that became a safe place for so many people.

And whatever happens tonight, nobody can ever take that away from me.

So I’m going to put on the big dress, get the hair and makeup done, and try my very best to actually enjoy this moment.

Because that woman built something that mattered.

And she bloody did. ❤️
