Cancellation / no show policy - Xmas

Can I please remind clients that Christmas is such a busy time for us all. If you are booked in from now till Christmas… if you no show or cancel your appointments with less than 24 hours notice …
full payment is required .

I understand things can happen and people need to cancel but during our busiest time when we have people on our waiting list waiting for appointments, we have to enforce this over the next few weeks.

WISE WORDS FOR A FRIDAY…. You can’t control your hair but you can get the beat from your wax guys

For the first 24-48 hours after waxing, avoid the following to prevent irritating the skin: ▪️Touching or scratching the waxed area
▪️Exfoliating the waxed area
▪️Perspiration and friction on the waxed area
▪️Sauna’s and stream rooms
▪️Exercise, gyms and swimming
Sunbathing, sunbeds or any sunlight and UV exposure. Sweat can infect open follicles and heat can irritate the waxed area. .

✅Remember to allow the follicles enough time to close and the skin to calm down ensuring the area clean and dry for 48 hours after your appointment.
