I’m under no illusion I was only ‘there to pay’ so brought my diary and worked through some admin ✍🏻
Popped in to see Claire to see about changing my jewellery in the piercings I’ve already got. Ended up getting my third lobes done 🙋🏻♀️
Obviously had to check out my new piercing from every possible angle… 👀

Protect your peace, focus on what you can control, and surround yourself with good people. 🤎🌿
Sometimes what people call “handling it well” is actually just surviving quietly.
You can keep showing up.
Go to work.
Look after everyone else.
Laugh. Make plans. Post the photos.
And still be falling apart behind closed doors.
I think we’re far too quick to admire someone for how well they appear to be coping, without knowing what it’s costing them.
So if you’re going through something right now and you feel like you’re not handling it well enough…

By carefully treating the muscles responsible for the upper lip lifting, we can reduce the amount of gum showing when smiling whilst keeping the smile natural and expressive.
