Hi everyone, the salon is closed today as Kates on holiday now and I’m not in salon Thursdays during school holidays. All messages will be picked up tomorrow at some point between clients

Please remember from this week we no longer take card payments, we are now cash payments only, our card machine has now gone. We have tried to make most of our clients aware of this decision over the last 12months,This is to help us keep costs down from all the charges we were getting per transaction,the banking charges and to be able to keep our prices for you as low as we possibly can. Please please please if you can’t make your appointment, we ask that you could let us know as soon as possible. We have clients asking for appointments and we are turning them away! If we don’t have a client sat in the chair we simply don’t get paid and sometimes these appointments could be 2 or 3 hour slots it’s really unfair. If we have notice we could ring a client from our waiting list but this is impossible last minute. We really don’t want to start having to take deposits all year round for every appointment but if it carry’s on we may have to put this in place. We have had 4 not turn up this week, It’s part of our wages! Thankyou Kayleigh & Kate
