We have been given the following guidance on anyone receiving a colour treatment regardless of whether this is a new or existing client.
⭐️A patch test must be completed 48hrs prior to any colour treatment.

⭐️We require you to contact the salon or send me a message at least 48hrs before your appointment to make arrangements so we can carry out a patch test. ⭐️The procedure itself only takes minutes but is important in keeping you safe.
⭐️If a patch test is not carried out we will have to rearrange your appointment. 👎🏻👎🏻

After today’s announcement we are planning our opening on 12th April. 🙌🏼🙋🏼‍♀️🙌🏼🙋🏼‍♀️🙌🏼🙋🏼‍♀️ hopefully if all goes accordingly to plan.
We are using the same plan as in previous lockdowns:
🌟Anyone who had an appointment cancelled due to lockdown will be contacted first & offered an appointment.
🌟We will then contact everyone else to offer an appointment.

W/C 5th April. We’re leaving it until then just in case any dates change.

Hi all, we have been given the all clear to open our salon from Saturday 4th July. We are currently in the process of contacting you all to make bookings. Please don’t think we have forgotten you as it will take us a few days. Feel free to message us or call the salon and leave a message, we’ll be picking these up daily. There will be guidelines on coming to the salon which I will post as soon as they are confirmed. It’ll be lovely to see you all again and thank you for your patience and understanding x

Hi All, just thought you might like a update.

Hope your all keeping well.

We haven’t started issuing appointments yet so don’t worry that you haven’t heard. We are still working towards July and we are just finalising our plans as we will need to work on reduced capacity in order to keep within social distancing.

We are going to have to ask for your assistance in the following ways please

• Arrive at your allotted appointment time only.
• Please attend on your own as we will have to remove our waiting area.
• Please wait outside till a staff member calls you in.
• Hand sanitiser will be provided please use on entry and exit.
• Once your hands are sanitised please apply a face mask (We can provide this if required).
• Please keep your belongings to a bare minimum as they will have to be kept with you during your appointment.
• Please resist the urge to stay and chat after your appointment as we will need the time in between you sanitise for the next client.

We are sorry we are not going to be able to offer drinks and magazines however we will still try to make your visit enjoyable.
