The benefits of music are already wonderful on their own but combining the two can be magical✨
Music is a natural anti-depressant and can invoke feelings of euphoria. It decreases the levels of the hormone cortisol and counteracts the effects of chronic stress.
Massage is not just about relieving the body, but the mind too. We’re trying to reach more than just the surface, rather, have a lasting affect on your overall mindset and well-being.

🍃When we massage the abdomen it may help with relaxing your stomach muscles. Which, in turn, helps stimulate digestion and relieve constipation.
To relieve constipation, we can focus on acupressure points during your massage (NOT for pregnancy massage)
