Thank you for a lovely such a lovely week in the shop. I've been rn ragged and gone completely feral!
Finally managed to label up the Sukha Surya moisture bars after days of being sat on the side.
I had my beautiful friend Claire Jones in the shop on Tuesday. She bought moisture bars and a Health and Healing spell jar candle and has done the loveliest video shout out for our business. Thank you darling.

We've had our shop mascot in today... And no, it's not Flower to dog that is the mascot but my wonderful and super funny friend Angela Riding . I can tell when other customers are not quite understanding us together 🤣🤣 but it is truly wonderful (and a little freaky) to find someone so on my wavelength!

I'm being released in to the wilds of Otley tonight. I'll be howling at the moon and dancing in preparation for the total eclipse on Tuesday (I wonder if they'll play Bonnie Tyler?)

I'm absolutely loving this scent at the moment.

I do change my preferences and they seem to change with not only mood but season.
We are entering that late summer, early autumn phase.

I can't wait for our holiday next week, to be drenched in warmth and watch golden sunsets.

Under a Moroccan Sun perfectly evokes this for me.
I wore it as a fragrance yesterday. I will be taking the room spray to wear as a fragrance on holiday. I will most probably pair it up with Sukha Surya in soap and moisture bar as they contain similar, complimentary elements.

I will also nab a room diffuser and put it out just before we go away so that when we return, our house is filled with this gorgeous, deep, sun-drenched scent...... And relax.

We've restocked our reed diffusers today after lots of sales recently.

As you know, we use only the finest, natural ingredients so not only do our reed diffusers smell amazing, last months but they are not toxic and so will not cause allergic reactions or breathing issues. You'll want to breathe these in deeply.

All use a blend of essential oils that I have formulated myself so I'm so pleased when you like them 😊.

My favourites change with the seasons. At the moment I'm very much into Sicilian Breeze and Under the Moroccan Sun. To me these are full on summer scents. They are full of energy and vibrancy, just like summer.

They come in a variety of beautiful vases too as we want our products to look good as well as smelling and doing good so pop in and choose your favourite. Then choose your vase and you even get to choose from black or natural reeds to go with your home decor.

(I've just nabbed an Under the Moroccan Sun one for home. Just don't tell the boss 😁😉)

We're in this week and next Tuesday but go on our summer holiday next Friday.

We will be taking items from our shop as always to make our holiday even better.

Peppermint and lemon balm bubbly soap (conveniently in a travel tin). Cooling, cleaning, refreshing and leaves your skin soft and smooth. Absolutely perfect for after being at the beach or pool all day. We're taking two!

Moisture bars... Obviously! We really do spoil ourselves with these😊. I've just given Robin a Gentle Rebel Soul moisture bar as he smells so good in this one and was running out. I'll give Menna a choice of a couple to take. She's using the cherry blossom at the moment, lovely. I'm undecided as yet but mine will probably contain a Divine Feminine bar. Menna and I like to take ours out with us so the tins are essential. Excellent kept in the fridge with the moisture bars too.
The moisture bars are a fantastic after sun. Keep your skin soft and moisturised. Soothing and calming and you smell amazing.

Today is not only Yorkshire Day but Lamass; the first harvest. What a wonderful day for celebration.
Music and life have pumped through the Arcade today right in to our little corner of the world.

Tonight sees me lighting two candles. I'm sat writing this whilst our insight and Higher Consciousness Spell Candle burns. I give thanks for my ever deepening insights into myself and the world around. This year has brought so much spirit and understanding.

Later whilst with Menna at Robin's, I will light the Love and Harmony Spell Jar Candle. This year has brought me so much love, can hardly believe it. I first lit this candle some weeks before meeting Robin.

Give gratitude tonight for all the abundance that surrounds you. Let go of what is no longer needed... Only carry what you need into these darker months.

We've made more of this gorgeous, super cooling and refreshing bubbly soap. If you are going somewhere nice and warm on holiday or if this heat is a little too much for you then this product will really help.

Scoop a little out.. A couple of fingertips full. Massage over damp skin. It goes on super creamy! I leave it on for a minute before rinsing it off. The cooling effect is amazing. You will be left refreshed and with lovely soft skin 😊.

Love this product.

If you are looking for an instant skin glow with long term benefits plus joint and muscle relief then this is it.

I use it in the bath. I slough off my dry top layer of skin using a palm sized amount. The Himalayan salt, Magnesium salts, Bicarbonate and Citric acid all help to do this in different ways.

I get cold sores. Thankfully rather infrequently nowadays but when I do, I use our 'Kiss my Rs' lip salve. It really is excellent for taking the sting out of cold sores, reducing the inflammation and repairing your lips. Sometimes it has stopped the cold sore from appearing if I've managed to catch it in time.
