This special time invites us to slow down, give thanks for life’s blessings and share compassion not only with those around us, but with all those who are in pain or distress.

Today is the day to celebrate the incredible women who inspire us, support us, and help us.

I feel so grateful to work with strong, inspiring women every day, to be part of a wonderful family of remarkable women, and, above all, to have been raised by my incredible mum — who brought up eight children, six of us women. ❤

International Women’s Day is also a chance to reflect on and recognise the unfairness many women still face, and the importance of the continuing journey towards greater equality.

So here’s to celebrating the strength, love and kindness we can inspire in each other.
