Velo Massage

Hi everyone, sorry its been so long since I've posted, but im now up and fully running again.

With the better weather outside, I've been seeing people with more lower body problems recently, as people get out and about cycling, running or walking. Remember to take it easy at first and slowly build up your stamina.
But if your in pain with a problem I'm here to help.
Remember that you don't have to be in pain.

Paul

For the whole of November and December, i will be offering a full 1hour body massage. For the price of £30.

Just had a brilliant night massaging at the Gurkha welfare Trust, south downs walk. Amazing atmosphere and a lovely group of people.
Thanks

I've just been asked to help with the Gurkhas on a charity event. Can't wait to help the British Army.

Its brilliant to be back working, and helping people.

Good morning lovely people, it won't be long until I'm allowed to be back working. Im now taking appointments for after the 12th.

Looking like the end of lockdown is in sight.

Back to work next week, at last.

Glad to be back working at the gym.
