✨ IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE — PLEASE READ ✨

Our sunbeds have now been RETUBED, meaning the new tubes are fresh and stronger. Because of this, we have a duty of care to ensure everyone uses the beds safely while their skin adjusts.

For the time being, customers using our stand-up beds will need to reduce their usual session time by HALF. You can then increase your time by 2 minutes each visit, gradually building back up to your usual minutes.

We completely understand that some customers may feel comfortable doing their normal session time, but our staff cannot override these safety procedures.

Unfortunately, whenever we retube our beds, we experience customers becoming frustrated, arguing with staff or being rude when asked to reduce their minutes. We really want to avoid this.

Please remember that there is absolutely no benefit to us as a business in reducing your session time. In fact:

LESS MINUTES = LESS MONEY COMING INTO THE BUSINESS.

We are doing it for one reason only — your health and safety. 🤍

Our staff are simply following the procedures they have been given and doing their job. Please treat them with kindness and respect and don’t put them in an uncomfortable position by arguing over session times.

Health & safety will ALWAYS come before profit.
