I am a huge believer of sage smudging and do this practice regularly, particularly in my treatment room due to working with different energies. Energy is real and we are absorbing it all the time. I love to clear the energy and reset the room regularly. ☯️

Sage has long been used as part of cleansing and mindfulness rituals, with people using it to create a sense of calm, set intentions and let go of what no longer serves them.

Here are just a few reasons I love incorporating it into my treatments ⬇️
