THE PEN ISN’T THE TREATMENT PLAN 🤎

Microneedling is so much more than simply running a pen over the skin.

Two people can have the same device used on their skin and have completely different treatments because the skill is knowing what your skin needs, why we’re treating it and how we treat it safely.

Before I even pick up the pen, I’m thinking about your skin health, your concerns, medical history, the indication for treatment and whether microneedling is actually the right option for you.

Then comes the treatment itself.

The depth shouldn’t be the same across every face or even every area of the same face. Product selection matters. Sterile technique matters. Your skin’s response matters. And what happens after you leave the clinic matters too.

More needles, deeper treatment or more bleeding does not automatically equal better results.

Good microneedling is controlled, considered and individualised.

And importantly, sometimes my assessment will tell me that microneedling isn’t the treatment you need. I would much rather tell you that than perform a treatment simply because it’s what you booked.

The pen is just a tool.

The assessment, knowledge, technique, treatment plan, aftercare and review are the treatment. 🤎

WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS AFTER MICRONEEDLING? 🤎

The treatment itself may only take a relatively short amount of time, but the process we’re trying to stimulate continues long after you leave the clinic.

Microneedling creates controlled micro-injuries at carefully selected depths, triggering the skin’s natural wound-healing response.

Immediately afterwards your skin may look red, feel warm or tight and, over the following days, you may experience some dryness or light flaking. This is part of the recovery process and varies from person to person.

But this is where people often misunderstand microneedling…

The redness isn’t the result.

The real work happens afterwards.

Over the following weeks, the skin moves through its repair and remodelling process, with collagen and elastin production stimulated progressively. This is why improvements in texture, fine lines, pores, scarring and overall skin quality develop over time rather than appearing overnight.

And one myth I hear regularly is that “good microneedling has to make you bleed.”

It absolutely doesn’t.

More aggressive does not automatically mean more effective. Pinpoint bleeding can occur at certain treatment depths and for certain indications, but it isn’t the measure of whether you’ve had a successful treatment.

Depth, technique and intensity should be selected according to the individual skin, treatment area and what we are actually trying to improve.

That’s why I don’t believe in treating every face with exactly the same protocol.

Real skin. Real progression. No filters, no retouching and no AI alteration of treatment results. 🤎

RUSSIAN POUT 💋

For this client, we wanted definition, shape and volume with that beautifully defined Russian-style finish.

The Russian lip technique focuses on creating height through the body of the lip, enhancing the Cupid’s bow and giving a more structured, lifted shape rather than simply projecting the lips forwards.

These lips are freshly treated, so some swelling is completely normal and the final result will soften and settle as the healing process takes place.

Lip enhancement is never one size fits all. Technique, product choice and placement should always be selected around your natural anatomy and the result you want to achieve.

Designed to soften dynamic lines caused by repeated facial movement, including frown lines, forehead lines and crow’s feet. Small amounts of prescription only medicine are carefully injected into selected muscles to temporarily reduce their movement. Results develop gradually and treatment includes a face-to-face prescribing consultation and review where appropriate.

Brotox £300

A treatment plan tailored specifically to male facial anatomy and typically stronger facial muscles. It can soften forehead lines, frown lines and crow’s feet while maintaining a natural, masculine appearance. The medicine is injected precisely into the selected muscles following consultation and assessment.

Dimpled Chin £180

Helps relax the overactive chin muscle responsible for an uneven, puckered or orange-peel appearance. A small amount of prescription-only medicine is injected into the mentalis muscle to create a smoother-looking chin when the face moves.

Downturned Smile £180

Designed to soften the downward pull at the corners of the mouth. Small injections are placed into the muscles responsible for pulling the mouth corners down, helping to create a more neutral and refreshed appearance.

Gummy Smile £180

May reduce the amount of gum visible when smiling. Small, carefully positioned injections temporarily relax the muscles that lift the upper lip too strongly, creating a more balanced smile without adding volume.

Lip Flip £180

A subtle treatment that relaxes the muscle around the upper lip, allowing the lip edge to turn slightly outward. This can create the appearance of a little more upper-lip height without adding the physical volume created by dermal filler.

Masseter Treatment £280

Suitable for clients affected by jaw clenching, teeth grinding or enlarged masseter muscles. Prescription-only medicine is injected into the masseter muscles on both sides of the jaw. This may reduce muscular tension and can gradually create a softer-looking lower-face shape.

Nefertiti Neck Bands £280

Designed to soften prominent neck bands and reduce the downward muscular pull affecting the jawline. Small injections are placed into selected platysma muscles across the neck and lower face to create a smoother, more refined appearance.

Excessive Sweating £380

Used to manage excessive underarm sweating. Multiple small injections are placed across the affected area to temporarily reduce the chemical signals that activate the sweat glands. A consultation is required to confirm suitability and exclude possible underlying causes.

Lip Enhancement £140

Can restore lost volume, improve hydration, define the lip border, balance asymmetry or create a fuller lip shape. Hyaluronic-acid filler is injected in carefully selected amounts using techniques chosen specifically for your natural lip anatomy and desired result.

Cheek Enhancement £300

Used to restore or create structure through the cheeks, support the mid-face and improve facial balance. Dermal filler is placed strategically using a needle or cannula depending on the area and treatment plan.

Chin Enhancement £280

Can improve chin projection, length, shape and overall profile balance. Dermal filler is carefully placed into selected points of the chin following an assessment of the entire side profile and lower face.

Liquid Rhinoplasty £290

A non-surgical treatment used to disguise small bumps, improve the appearance of the bridge, lift the tip or create a straighter-looking profile. Dermal filler is precisely placed at carefully selected points. This is an advanced treatment and suitability must be assessed thoroughly.

Jawline Augmentation £380

Designed to add definition and structure to the jawline, improve facial balance and create a stronger or more refined lower-face shape. Dermal filler is placed along selected areas of the jaw using a needle, cannula or a combination of both.

Full Facial Balancing £800

A completely personalised treatment that considers the face as a whole rather than treating one feature in isolation. Dermal filler may be placed across areas such as the cheeks, chin, jawline, lips or profile to improve proportion and harmony while keeping the result natural.

Marionette Lines £235

Helps soften the lines travelling from the corners of the mouth towards the chin. Filler may be placed directly into the lines or into surrounding areas that have lost support. The exact approach depends on the cause of the folds and your facial anatomy.

Nasolabial Folds £235

Used to soften deeper folds running from the sides of the nose towards the mouth. Hyaluronic-acid filler is placed carefully into the fold or supporting areas of the mid-face to reduce its appearance without creating heaviness.

Smokers or Barcode Lines £280

Designed to soften fine vertical lines around the mouth. Treatment may involve fine threads of lightweight dermal filler, skin booster or a combination approach to support the skin while maintaining natural lip movement.

Tear Trough £295

May improve suitable cases of hollowing or shadowing beneath the eyes. A specialist hyaluronic-acid filler is placed deeply and carefully using a cannula or needle. Not everyone is suitable, particularly where puffiness or fluid retention is present, so a detailed assessment is essential.

Temple Filler £220

Used to restore volume lost through the temples and create a smoother transition between the forehead and cheek area. Dermal filler is placed at an appropriate depth using an advanced technique selected according to your anatomy.

Dermal Filler Dissolving £190

Used to break down unwanted, migrated or unsuitable hyaluronic-acid filler. Following an assessment and allergy-risk discussion, hyaluronidase is injected into the area. More than one session may occasionally be required depending on the filler and amount present.

Harmony HA £270

A hybrid injectable treatment designed to improve skin quality, firmness and support while encouraging collagen production. The product is injected beneath the skin at carefully selected points according to the treatment area and your individual needs.

Profhilo £190

An injectable hyaluronic-acid treatment created to improve hydration, elasticity and skin quality rather than add conventional filler volume. It is usually injected into specific points on each side of the face, with a complete treatment normally involving two sessions.

Redensity 1 £170

A lightweight injectable skin treatment designed to improve hydration, radiance, fine lines and overall skin quality. Small amounts are placed superficially across the treatment area through multiple injections, with a course generally recommended for the best result.

Seventy Hyal £120

An injectable hyaluronic-acid skin booster used to improve hydration, luminosity and skin texture. The product is placed beneath the skin using small injections and is commonly performed as a course so the results can build progressively.

Sunekos Body £250

Designed to support thin, crepey or lax-looking skin on suitable body areas. Its combination of hyaluronic acid and amino acids is injected into the skin to encourage hydration and support collagen and elastin activity.

Viscoderm Hydrobooster £220

Particularly useful for areas affected by superficial fine lines and reduced elasticity, including around the mouth, cheeks and lower face. It is injected using a specialised technique combining deep hydration with gentle tissue support.

Skin-Boosting Mesotherapy £140

A tailored treatment for dullness, dehydration, uneven texture and tired-looking skin. Small amounts of selected skin-supporting ingredients are delivered through multiple superficial injections across the treatment area.

Vitaran Eye £120

Designed specifically for the delicate eye area. It may improve fine lines, crepey texture, hydration and overall skin quality without adding filler-like volume. Small amounts are injected superficially around the eye across a series of treatment points.

Vitaran Face, Neck or Décolletage £180 per area

A regenerative injectable treatment intended to support skin repair, hydration, elasticity and collagen activity. The product is delivered through multiple small injections across the selected area. A course is normally recommended because improvement develops progressively.

BIOSTIMULATORS

Aesplla £290

A collagen-stimulating injectable made with PLLA. It is used to address gradual volume loss, reduced firmness and changes in facial structure. The product is reconstituted and placed into selected areas using a cannula or needle. Results develop gradually as your body produces new collagen.

Sculptra £390

A PLLA collagen stimulator designed to improve facial structure, firmness and age-related volume loss progressively. It is injected into carefully selected areas rather than being used to create an immediate filler-style result. Improvement builds over the following weeks and months.

Structura £300

Designed to support age-related changes within the deeper facial tissues and improve lower-face support without creating an obviously filled appearance. The product is placed into selected areas of the face using a specialist technique following a full facial assessment.

Microneedling Facial £130

Suitable for concerns including uneven texture, enlarged pores, fine lines, acne scarring and general loss of radiance. A medical microneedling device creates controlled microchannels in the skin, stimulating its natural repair response and encouraging collagen production.

Microneedling With Exosomes £160

Combines medical microneedling with a topical exosome serum selected to support the skin’s recovery and rejuvenation process. The microneedling device creates controlled channels before the serum is applied according to the treatment protocol.

BioRePeel Microneedling £180

Combines BioRePeel with microneedling for a more intensive treatment targeting texture, pigmentation, blemishes, fine lines and dullness. The peel and microneedling are incorporated into a carefully controlled protocol according to your skin condition and tolerance.

RF Microneedling Face £240

Combines controlled microneedling with radiofrequency energy. The needles enter the skin before delivering heat at a selected depth, stimulating collagen and elastin. It can help with laxity, fine lines, enlarged pores, uneven texture and acne scarring.

RF Microneedling Face, Neck and Décolletage £360

Treats all three connected areas to improve overall skin firmness, texture and crepiness. Adjustable needles and radiofrequency energy create controlled stimulation within the skin, with settings tailored separately for each treatment area.

Exosomes can be added to a suitable microneedling or RF microneedling treatment. The topical serum is applied according to the protocol to support recovery, hydration and the overall skin-rejuvenation process.

LED Light Therapy Add-On £30

A comfortable and non-invasive treatment using selected wavelengths of light. Depending on the setting, it can be used to calm the skin, support recovery or help manage inflammation following a suitable facial or skin treatment.

Dermaplaning Facial £35

Designed to remove surface dead skin cells and fine vellus hair, leaving the skin feeling smoother and helping skincare and makeup sit more evenly. A sterile blade is gently passed across the skin at a controlled angle before finishing products are applied.

Diamond Dermabrasion £60

A mechanical exfoliation treatment that removes dull surface cells using a diamond-tipped handpiece with gentle suction. It can improve skin smoothness, brightness and mild congestion without using loose crystals.

Chemical Peel £60

A tailored acidic solution is applied to the skin to loosen and remove damaged surface cells. Depending on the peel selected, it may help with congestion, blemishes, pigmentation, dullness, uneven texture and fine lines.

BioRePeel £120

A professional peel containing a blend of acids and skin-supporting ingredients. It is applied to cleansed skin for a controlled period before being removed. It is designed to improve brightness, congestion, pigmentation and texture with considerably less visible peeling than many traditional peels.

Bio Spicule Therapy £120

Uses microscopic sponge-derived spicules to create controlled stimulation within the skin. The treatment is massaged into the prepared skin and may help improve congestion, texture, pigmentation, fine lines and skin renewal.

FAT-DISSOLVING TREATMENTS

Aqualyx Small Area £50
Aqualyx Large Area £100

An injectable treatment for suitable localised areas of stubborn fat that have not responded to diet and exercise. The solution is injected into the fatty layer using a carefully planned pattern. The body then gradually processes the disrupted fat cells. It is not a weight-loss treatment and a course may be required.

Lemon Bottle Small Area £50
Lemon Bottle Large Area £100

An injectable body-contouring treatment intended for selected areas of localised fat. The solution is placed into the fatty tissue using multiple injections. Suitability, realistic expectations and the treatment evidence will be discussed during your consultation.

OTHER TREATMENTS

B12 Injection £35

Vitamin B12 injections may be appropriate for clients with a clinically identified need or following suitable assessment. The vitamin is administered as an intramuscular injection, usually into the upper arm. It should not replace medical investigation for unexplained tiredness or suspected deficiency.

Skin Tag or Suitable Benign Lesion Removal £70

Suitable skin tags or benign lesions can be treated following a careful assessment. The area is cleansed and treated precisely using an appropriate controlled removal method while protecting the surrounding skin. Any suspicious, pigmented or changing lesion will require medical assessment and will not be treated cosmetically.

Keloid Scar Treatment £90 per session

Suitable raised keloid scars may be treated with carefully placed corticosteroid injections intended to soften and flatten the scar and reduce symptoms such as itching or tenderness. A full medical assessment is required and several sessions may be needed.

Anti-Wrinkle Treatment and 1ml Lip Filler £300

A combined appointment for clients wanting to soften expression lines while also restoring lip shape, definition or volume. Suitability for both treatments is assessed separately and the treatment plan is tailored to your facial anatomy.

Course of Two Aesplla Treatments £500

A course allows collagen stimulation to develop progressively. The sessions are spaced according to your treatment plan and results continue to improve gradually as new collagen is produced.

Course of Two Structura Treatments £530

Designed for clients who require progressive support and improvement within the deeper facial tissues. The second session builds upon the first and timing is tailored to your assessment and response.

Course of Three Microneedling Facials £360

WHAT CAN MICRONEEDLING ACTUALLY IMPROVE? 🤎

Microneedling is one of my favourite treatments because we’re not trying to change your face — we’re working with your skin and encouraging it to function better.

By creating controlled micro-injuries, microneedling stimulates the skin’s natural repair response and supports new collagen and elastin production.

It can be particularly effective for improving the appearance of:

✨ Enlarged pores and uneven texture
✨ Fine lines and early signs of ageing
✨ Certain types of acne scarring
✨ Uneven skin tone and some pigmentation concerns
✨ General skin quality, firmness and resilience

But there’s an important part of microneedling that often gets missed…

Not every skin concern should be treated in exactly the same way.

Needle depth, treatment intensity, products used alongside treatment and the number of sessions should all be chosen according to your skin, your concerns and what we’re trying to achieve.

For pigmentation especially, understanding why the pigmentation is there is important before simply treating it.

And while you may notice improvements after one session, microneedling is very much a progressive treatment. Collagen remodelling takes time, which is why a course of treatments can often produce the best results.

Healthy skin isn’t about chasing perfection.

It’s about improving the quality of the skin you already have 🤎
