A little update, as I know invisible illness can be hard to understand.

I’m currently dealing with Graves’ disease (an autoimmune condition where my immune system attacks my thyroid, causing symptoms like exhaustion, heart palpitations, anxiety, weakness, and feeling generally unwell) alongside ME/CFS, which means my body struggles to recover from physical or mental exertion.

So while you may occasionally see me out getting a coffee, fresh air, or doing something nice for myself, that doesn’t mean I’m “better” or well enough to work. With ME especially, even small activities can cause a crash afterwards, leaving me wiped out and unable to function properly.

I desperately want to be back to normal, working, and doing all the things I used to do—but right now, my body has very different plans.

Invisible illness is hard, because people see the moments I can manage, not the aftermath.

Hi everyone 💜

I just wanted to let you all know that I’ve been signed off work for the next month due to a health issue that needs treatment.

This wasn’t an easy decision at all, especially as I know how many of you rely on your appointments (and I’ve recently taken on some extra clients too). I hate letting anyone down, but I need to take this time to properly recover so I can come back to you all feeling well and able to give my best again.

All appointments during this time will unfortunately need to be cancelled/rescheduled. If you already have a booking, I’ll be in touch as soon as I can regarding rearranging.
