Simply Alex

Do not dim your light so someone else can shine
Do not dim your light because you think you're too much
Do not dim your light because some people prefer darkness
Shine your light so others can see the way ✨️

Two circles over the full moon yet both held very different energies. Playful, up lifting and energising with a bit of psychometry added into the mix on Friday.
Sunday we had the spirit of the matriarch elephant, strong, wise, resilient yet gentle and calm.
With thanks to the women that came, the energies we created and the connection to the divine that we shared.
No two circles are ever the same
New faces always welcome
We may arrive as strangers but we leave as friends 🧡
Aho & blessings to all

The Equinox where the light and dark meet equally. Where change starts to happen. How we perceive that change is up to us
Blessings all

7am this morning on my way to swim. Sometimes I don't want to get out of bed but then I see this and realise how lucky I am.
If anyone fancies joining us in the mornings feel free to message me. We alternate between Livermead and Preston Sands 😍

I love running women's circles because women need women and men need men. So here is something that I can't offer 😁 but these guys can 😁

Have a beautiful day you wonderful souls 😍
