We’ve had a few late cancellations and no-shows over the last few weeks, so we will now be strictly enforcing our cancellation policy.

Any appointment that is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or where a client does not attend, will be charged 50% of the cost of the booked appointment.

As a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact, as that appointment time has been reserved especially for you and is often impossible to fill at short notice.

We completely understand that genuine emergencies can happen, and every situation will be considered on an individual basis. However, to be fair to our team and all of our clients, this policy will be applied consistently.
