Emperors Barbers is a traditional, yet current barber shop in the heart of Preston. Opened in 2013 by Shelly after working as a freelance barber and hairdresser in the area for over 20 years. Shelly is experienced in all aspects of haircutting, from old classics to the new modern trends, Shelly is exceptionally good with even the most reluctant children, in fact we love our wriggly little nippers!  ...
