⚠️ Warning! Please DO NOT use lightening sprays! ⚠️

My lovely client came in today with a noticeable band around her roots. At first, I thought she may have used a box dye, but after chatting we discovered she had been using lightening sprays.

These products are hydrogen peroxide based and can seriously compromise the condition of your hair. After carrying out a strand test and assessing the hair properly, we found a lot of breakage… the strand test literally melted in my hand 😳 (see pictures).

To protect the integrity of her hair, we decided the best option was to let the hair rest and take it a few shades darker instead of pushing for more lightening.

Using our new range infused with argan oil & aloe vera, alongside our amazing bond protector, we created this gorgeous healthy-looking bronde ✨
