For me, when I was younger - I remember being quite an anxious child. I would always think worse case scenario and as much as I came across differently, I know younger me would definitely have benefited from something like this - a place to switch off and to feel present in that exact moment ☁️

This is why I have created the ‘Under 18s Self Care Menu’ 🤍

I want my space to be a safe space for everyone - no matter the age and if I can create that space for kids and teenagers, then I know I’m doing something right.

Using a wide range of child friendly products and using my knowledge to adapt treatments to ensure they are safe for kids and young adults to switch off, reset and relax their nervous systems -
These treatments are now available to book.

Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.

A little message from me…

This post has been on my mind for a while, and if I’m honest, it’s one I’ve found quite difficult to write.

When I started my business, my goal was simple, to create a welcoming space where everyone could enjoy a little time to relax and unwind without it costing a fortune. I’ve always tried to keep my prices as affordable as possible, and many of you will know I regularly run monthly offers to help make treatments even more accessible.

Unfortunately, the reality is that the cost of running my business has continued to increase, and I’ve reached a point where I need to make some changes to ensure I can continue doing what I love while providing the quality of treatment you deserve.

From 1st August 2026, my treatment prices will be changing, and I’ll also be saying goodbye to my monthly discounted offers. Instead, I’ll be moving to fair, consistent pricing throughout the year, with seasonal promotions and some exciting new treatments and packages to look forward to so please keep an eye out on our Facebook & Instagram pages for the next seasonal offer beginning in August 👀

This decision hasn’t been made lightly. If anything, I’ve probably put it off for longer than I should have because I truly value each and every one of you and I care so much about you all receiving treatments, but to continue offering the same level of care, investing in quality products, developing my skills and giving every client the best possible experience, it’s a change I need to make.

To everyone who has booked with me, recommended me to friends and family, shared my posts or simply supported my little business over the years, thank you. Your support means more than you’ll ever know, and I genuinely wouldn’t be here without you all 🩷

I hope you’ll continue to support me as I take this next step, and I can’t wait to welcome you all back into the treatment room soon.
