I’m looking for a PA/Administrative Assistant!

I’m looking for a friendly, organised and enthusiastic person to join my team at Zen on a casual, flexible basis.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being organised, has great attention to detail and would love to gain experience working behind the scenes in a growing aesthetics and wellness business🖤.

The position will involve a mixture of remote working (at busy times) and a few hours in the clinic (mainly Saturdays), with hours varying depending on the needs of the business.

Some of your tasks may include:

* General admin
* Email and diary management
* Ordering stock and supplies
* Researching products and suppliers
* Meeting and greeting clients
* Helping keep the clinic clean & presentable
* Assistance with content creation and filming for social media
* Supporting with day-to-day business tasks as required

You must be:

* Friendly, reliable and trustworthy
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident using a computer and common apps
* Proactive and able to use their own initiative
* Interested in beauty, skincare or aesthetics
* Keen to learn and become part of a growing business

This is a flexible, casual role that would suit a student, someone looking for extra hours, or anyone wanting experience within the beauty and wellness industry.

A quiet goodbye to a space that’s been a big part of my journey 🤍

My space at Mirren Court was the perfect stepping stone, but that’s exactly what it was for me.

I closed the door today for the final time, with a bit of a heavy heart, but also bursting with excitement for what’s to come😍

As of Tuesday I’ll be working from Zen — my own space, created to support your skin, wellbeing, and confidence from the inside out.
