Exhibit A...what I sent to my client.
Exhibit B...what she sent back.

In my defence, I did include links to YouTube videos...

My skills are in massage and sports therapy 😂😂😂

The other event in this week's diary is the Grand Opening Launch Night at Halo Clinic . If you're in the Kilwinning area, the team at Halo would love to meet you. Today is World Mental Health Day and the theme is Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change.
Hopefully we can learn by listening to those voices and be part of the change.
We don't need to be experts or work in the field...maybe being a little kinder and remembering we never know what another person is going through, is a good start?
And there are organisations and professionals who can help...they want you to reach out.
Look after yourself and those around you 💜

As we move closer to our official opening, you can get ahead by booking your treatment online 📲

You can also check out all of the amazing treatments available from the fantastic team at Halo Clinic

My regular day will be Wednesday with weekend availability being added soon.

So, grab a cuppa, sit yourself down and get to know the team and what's on offer at Halo Clinic (Kilwinning).

✨ IT’S OFFICIAL… OUR WEBSITE IS LIVE! ✨

And this is only the beginning… 👀✨
More treatments, more availability and some very exciting additions are coming to HALO soon.

Maybe next year for me 😂

As promised, here are my clinic dates for October 🎃👻🧙

In addition to my regular treatments, I'm offering a hot stone massage option. It's amazing for relaxation, deep tissue work and so cosy, as we head into the chillier months 🥶

Another addition this month is the Wednesday clinic in Halo Clinic, Kilwinning. I'm really looking forward to getting to know my new clients there 👋
