LOOK at this transformation 😭❤️ i’m having to give myself a bit of a kick, I had envisioned of what the end of this year had looked like with regards to goals I had set and I’ve had to put them on hold which is A-okay, very blessed to have healthy friends and family, but it has been so disheartening. When one of my fave clients (love u Janie) sent me this before picture yesterday I had to remind myself how far I’ve come. 2020 has been a big bit sh*te for everyone but please look out for people around you and most importantly look after yourself, if you’re having a tough time give yourself some space but remember you’re a tough cookie and things will get better ❤️
