Over the past year, something really special has happened.

What began as a small Group Reiki class has grown into a wonderful community of women coming together to slow down, reconnect and simply be.

Watching familiar faces return, new friendships form, and women leave feeling lighter each week has been one of the greatest privileges of my work.

Because of your incredible support, I’m so excited to be bringing New Paradigm WellBeing to Renfrew Wellness Hub with the launch of Sunday Sanctuary.

Sunday Sanctuary has found a beautiful home at Renfrew Wellness Hub, and I can’t wait to welcome you there.
