Inflammation isn’t always something you can see — but you can often feel it.
Puffiness. Heaviness. Fluid retention. Feeling swollen or sluggish. That uncomfortable “puffy” feeling even when nothing about your routine has changed.
Your lymphatic system plays an important role in maintaining fluid balance and supporting your body’s natural immune and waste-clearance processes.
Unlike your circulatory system, your lymphatic system doesn’t have a heart to pump it around the body. It relies on movement, breathing and muscle contraction to keep lymph moving.
This is where lymphatic drainage comes in.
Targeted, rhythmic lymphatic techniques can encourage lymph flow and help move excess fluid from the tissues — which may help with:
✨ Puffiness & fluid retention
✨ That heavy, swollen feeling
✨ Post-travel or hormonal bloating
✨ Supporting healthy circulation & lymph flow
✨ Relaxation and nervous-system downregulation
✨ Creating a lighter, less congested feeling through the body
And yes, you might look more sculpted afterwards — but lymphatic drainage is about so much more than a snatched waist.
Less obsession with shrinking our bodies.
More focus on helping them function well.
Low inflammation. Good lymphatic flow. Regulated nervous system. Healthy skin.
That’s the kind of wellness we’re into. 🤎

MYTH: Dermaplaning makes your hair grow back thicker & darker.
FACT: It doesn’t. Dermaplaning removes fine vellus hair at the surface — it cannot change the structure, colour or growth rate of the hair follicle.
MYTH: Dermaplaning is purely cosmetic.
FACT: There’s more to it than removing peach fuzz. Dermaplaning removes accumulated dead skin cells, surface debris and vellus hair, creating a cleaner, smoother skin surface. This can also reduce the material that oil, makeup and debris can cling to around the surface of the skin.
MYTH: Dermaplaning only makes products feel nicer on the skin.
FACT: Removing the layer of dead surface cells and vellus hair creates a smoother pathway for topical skincare. This can improve the pe*******on of certain products used immediately after your professional treatment and helps your home skincare apply more evenly afterwards — meaning you’re getting more from the products you’re investing in.
MYTH: It’s basically just shaving your face.
FACT: Professional dermaplaning uses a sterile surgical blade and controlled technique to remove both vellus hair and built-up dead skin cells, giving a much deeper exfoliation than simply removing facial hair.
MYTH: Dermaplaning is only for the glow.
FACT: The instant glow is a bonus. Removing surface build-up can leave skin feeling smoother, improve the appearance of texture and allow skincare and makeup to apply more evenly.
MYTH: Dermaplaning causes spots.
FACT: Dermaplaning itself doesn’t cause acne. In fact, removing surface debris and dead skin can help prevent build-up — although active, inflamed acne should be avoided during treatment.

Your lymphatic system plays an important role in fluid balance, immune function and transporting lymphatic fluid through the body.
Unlike your cardiovascular system, it doesn’t have one central pump — movement, breathing and muscle contractions all help keep lymph moving.
That’s why supporting your body can look surprisingly simple:
✨ Regular movement
✨ Staying adequately hydrated
✨ Prioritising sleep and recovery
✨ Deep diaphragmatic breathing
✨ Managing stress where possible
✨ A balanced, nutrient-rich diet
✨ Lymphatic drainage when appropriate
Lymphatic drainage can help encourage lymphatic flow and temporarily reduce fluid-related puffiness and swelling, leaving you feeling lighter and less congested.
Because wellness isn’t always about doing more.
Sometimes it’s about helping your body do what it already knows how to do. 🤎

GLASS SKIN, but make it real ✨🫧
That post-facial glow speaks for itself. This treatment is all about taking skin from dull, congested and textured → fresh, smooth, hydrated and seriously luminous.
Our Glass Skin Facial works to deeply cleanse and resurface the skin, helping to:
✨ Remove dead skin cell build-up
✨ Refine the appearance of pores & texture
✨ Decongest and deeply cleanse
✨ Boost hydration and that lit-from-within glow
✨ Leave skin feeling smoother, softer & fresher
✨ Create the perfect base for makeup — although you probably won’t want any 👀
And can we appreciate that immediate glow and clarity in the after? 🤌🏼
Healthy skin has texture. Glass skin isn’t about filters or perfection — it’s about skin looking its healthiest, smoothest and most luminous.
