it’s not something I have wanted to do but I am having to introduce a (no show policy)
If you don’t turn up to your appointment then you will be charged 50% of the appointment price, as mentioned it’s not something I have wanted to do but I can’t run a business with such losses occurring.

Also there is a 15 minute late policy, if you are running over 15mins late I might not be able to do the service as this affects the whole day, so please give yourself plenty of time to travel.
