Training 👣
I am looking for clients who would be willing to attend the college for a reflexology treatment as part of my training.

Available options:
3 single reflexology treatments
1 lifestyle plan package, which includes 5 reflexology treatments along with a personalised lifestyle plan tailored to your needs

Single treatment dates & times:
25th February at 1:15pm or 2:30pm
Another date to follow

Lifestyle plan package: The client would need to be available every Wednesday for 5 weeks, starting from 11th March, at 1pm or 2:30pm.

💷 Cost: £15 per treatment, payable to the college on the day.

About reflexology:
Reflexology is a holistic therapy that involves applying gentle pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, or ears. These points are believed to connect to different organs and systems in the body. Reflexology is deeply relaxing and aims to reduce stress, encourage relaxation, and support overall wellbeing. It is not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions.

I just wanted to pop on and say hello, and thank you for your patience. The page has been a little quiet recently, but that’s because I’ve been busy behind the scenes. Being a full-time student alongside family life has been challenging, but also incredibly rewarding.

Very soon, I’ll be back in full swing and possibly even working from some new premises 👀. Who knows what’s around the corner! I’ve had a few enquiries recently, and before I officially welcome everyone back, I just want to make sure everything is right and properly in place.

With that being said, an exciting rebrand will be happening. NK Aesthetics and Beauty has served me so well over the past two years and will always be the name that gave me my start on this amazing journey. However, this next chapter is about more than just investing in a business it’s about investing in myself, my education, and becoming the very best I can be.

I can’t wait to bring you some amazing new treatments and so much more.

Microneedling Journey + Why I’m Loving It ✨
As we age, our skin naturally starts to lose collagen and elasticity (cue the “blah de blah” we’ve all heard a million times 😅). For me, I first noticed little changes in my pre-jowl area—that soft shift in contour, almost like the skin was beginning to ease away just a touch.

Instead of just watching it progress, I decided to add microneedling into my routine… and it’s been such a confidence booster.

💛 Why I’m Loving Microneedling:
• Supports natural collagen + elastin production
• Helps improve texture and firmness
• Encourages a smoother, more refreshed appearance
• Softens the look of fine lines over time
• Boosts absorption of skincare products
• Leaves the skin glowing ✨

➡️ As you can see in the second picture, slight erythema (redness) is present—and that’s completely normal. It’s simply the skin responding to the treatment, and it typically settles quite quickly.

For those wanting more noticeable, targeted results—booking a series of microneedling sessions is often recommended, as consistency helps the skin respond more effectively over time.

This whole journey has reminded me that aging is natural… but so is taking care of ourselves. If you’re noticing similar changes in your lower face or pre-jowl area, you’re definitely not alone—and microneedling might be a beautiful treatment to explore.
