Just a friendly reminder that I have a 48-hour cancellation policy.

As a self-employed professional, my appointments are my livelihood. When an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, I am unable to fill that time, which results in a loss of income.

I always respect my clients' time, and I kindly ask for the same respect in return. Please book your appointments thoughtfully, and if you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 48hours in advance.

Please note that appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be subject to a cancellation fee.
