Last night on C4 I watched this documentary. I didn't know what to expect and felt some trepidation given my Mum lives with Dementia. She was diagnosed 4 years ago and the one thing I'm sure of is we are only travelling in 1 direction.
I learnt a lot last night and yet feel I know nothing.

What I didn't know is Dementia is the No1 killer in the UK and 1 in 3 of us will get it.

So I'd urge you to watch this if for no other reason than awareness.

My TOP TIPS for the warm weather (If you’re lucky enough to be heading for it - or it finds it’s way back to us!) ☀️ Keep these products in the fridge⬇️ ☀️ Spritz toning essence throughout the day and keep on your bedside table ☀️ Keep your spf applied throughout the day - your lips too ☀️ Pop Be Calm or Quench on if you have been exposed to the sun to hydrate your skin (good for during or after a long flight too!) ☀️ After a cool shower in the evening put aaahhh on your arms and legs and the back of your neck ☀️ If your face feels frazzled, sore, red - use Be Quiet Toner and/or Be Strong serum before your evening moisturiser ☀️If you body feels frazzled apply peace be still body moisturiser to take away the redness and any sting. It’s my go to ‘after sun’ 🦟 Pop some In Good Spirits oil into and small spray bottle and spritz all over before heading out in the evening- the citrus oils are great for repelling the mozzies and midges! 🧊 keep a jug of water in the fridge with a slice of lemon 🍋 😘

Hello I ignored this post earlier, because I thought I was seeing all the posts my friends were posting. Then I checked the timelines of several friends that I hadn’t heard from for awhile, and I discovered that I have been missing all of their posts.😢
Here’s how to avoid hearing from the same 26 FB friends and nobody else. This post explains why we don't see all posts from our friends. Funny, thought if I followed you on Facebook I would see what you post. Not anymore 🤷🏻‍♀️
Your Newsfeed recently shows only posts from the same few people, about 25, repeatedly the same, because Facebook has a new algorithm. 🙅🏻‍♀️
Their system chooses the people who will read your post. However, I would like to choose for myself, Therefore, I ask you all a favor - If you are reading this message leave me a quick comment, a "hello", a sticker, whatever you want, so you will appear in my news feed‼️
Otherwise Facebook chooses who to show me and I don't need facebook to choose my friends! 🤬
Do not hesitate to copy and paste on your wall so you can have more interaction with all your contacts and bypass the system. That's why we don't see all posts from our friends.😮
