Emma Kilani is a Nail Artist & Educator located in Perth, Scotland.
Emma trained and qualified, in Australia, over 20 years ago and brings a wealth of knowledge, passion and experience to the table share with her students. As well as being a highly skilled nail technician, her skills include a variety of beauty, holistic and spa treatments. Through her reputation for demanding the highest quality of workmanship, Emma has successfully built and maintained a huge clientele both in the UK ans Australia. Having started out renting a table in a hair salon she has not only run her business from home but has also owned her own successful beauty salons both in Australia and in Scotland. Five years ago she had a 7 week waiting list for client appointments and so began looking for a nail technician to join her team. Unable to find a candidate with the skills and quality of workmanship she was looking for she decided to take matters into her own hands, took a leap and became a trainer with Entity. Because of her reputation as a nail technician she was inundated with prospective students and to date Emma has taught many nail techs who have gone on to open salons and run successful businesses. Apart from watching her students grow their reputations, her highlights as an educator were being asked to judge at a Scottish Nail Technician of the Year competition in Edinburgh and then a year later watching one of her students win 1st place in a nail competition after doing nails for only 6 months! Emma has a reputation as an inspiring and effective educator and believes her enthusiasm for teaching is evident in her students’ success.

20 years ago, in Australia, I opened my first salon 😳 Pretty much everything in that salon was 2nd hand... but what a salon it was! It was a gathering place, it saw happiness and heartbreak, births and deaths, but it brought people together and it was my focal point to help me get through whatever life threw at me. Maybe that’s why I’m such a work-aholic now 🙈🤷🏼♀️

After being fully booked for the last 20 years I’ve now dropped down to 2 days a week to make way for Emoki Nails and more Scottish Nail Academy courses ❤️
