Why did I become a Wellbeing Advisor? When I was a teenager in Germany I worked in a small health food shop after school. OK my friends....who is getting to the stage of holiday cabin fever? I think my kids must have chocolate running through their veins by now and the closest to fruit and veg we have come over the last few days is ketchup.....eeek - embarrassed parent here ;-) .....Great way to sneak is some power food is putting a tablespoon of Sea Buckthorn Elixir into their drinks - my girls love sparkling water with elderflower cordial and have successfully managed to 'spice' it up with the Elixir and it even give it a lovely orange colour! Plus it is SOOOOOO good for them (and me ;-) )
