📢 Important Notice from Black Palm Studio
To my wonderful Black Palm community,
I’m stepping away from social media.
This morning, our Meta business infrastructure was hit by a severe security breach. Multiple unauthorized hacker accounts forced their way into our backend and immediately began draining our business banking account down to literal pounds to run fraudulent ads for an overseas scam called "Emily Shop".
Thanks to quick banking alerts, the hackers have been completely locked out and starved of further funds, but the violation and the complete lack of support from Meta's automated platforms have brought me to a clear decision.
I spent almost 6 years grafting Black Palm. I refuse to let a broken, toxic digital ecosystem hold my business, my hard work, or my peace of mind hostage. Chasing algorithms is soul-destroying, and my priority will always be protecting my business and showing up for you honestly.
Black Palm is NOT closing. We are just moving to cleaner, safer ground.
Moving forward, I am taking our brand entirely off social media. Our website remains 100% secure, active, and open for orders. Every single product launch, discount and skincare update will happen directly—human to human—via our independent email newsletter.
This is where it need your help. I'll keep our Facebook and Instagram for another week so I can try and download all of my hard work so that it's not lost to the abyss. Ive got a good couple of thousand of you on here and want everyone to know where to find us!

At 7:00 PM, the digital doors will yield to those with the Key. In the quiet of the atelier, we have hand-poured this batch to fortify your skin’s architecture. Our Cleanse Oil is the first layer of masonry—designed to dissolve the noise of the day and leave your foundation calm, clear, and reinforced.
As a micro-atelier committed to anti-waste, our Re-Editions are limited. Once the batch is exhausted, we return to the blackout.
