Welcome to Tubtastic Bath Bombs!

While in lockdown our Beauty Salon was forced to temporarily close and I needed something to keep me busy and this is where my bath bomb making journey began!

We are on the lookout for Hairdressers to join us at The Old Forge Hair and Beauty.
Ideally we would like you to have an established clientele but we are currently turning people away so we would have plenty of clients for you.
Please share away if you would be so kind 🙏

I Just love making these!
There’s something so satisfying about the perfectness of how round they are! Lol, (that sounds weird doesn’t it? 🤣) I think I’m just a perfectionist and making something so pretty and perfectly formed is highly satisfying! 💜

The Power of Purple, turns your bath water a beautiful lilac, lots of fun! Scented with Purple Rain, a fragrance oil with lime and cranberry!

It’s messy but I love it!
I’ve been asked to make some mini bath bombs as gifts for teachers, so that’s what I’ve been doing this arvo! Keep an eye out for future posts as these will be put into jars, they make a lovely gift if I do say so myself!

Can we believe it’s June already?
I hope you’ve all had a lovely bank holiday few days celebrating the jubilee? Apologies for being quiet on here, I’ve been busy working in my salon and I’ve had quite a few social gatherings which had been great!
I’ll be back making soon but I do have some bath bombs still available if anyone wants any! Just let me know!
Have a lovely Sunday afternoon,
Louise xx

Success!! No brown water!! ✌️

Attempt number 2 at the watermelon 🍉 Bath Bomb to avoid brown water! This is what you call a “ whoopsie”, pleased with the overall effect but it has activated slightly ( hence the warts on the surface)!
Oh well it will still dissolve the same so watch this space!
On to attempt number 3!
If at first you don’t succeed, try, try and try again!
I have made 6 or 7 of these so if you would like to try 1 for half the price then let me know!!
