Try this Herbalife24® veggie burger and satiate your hunger.
Directions:
Put flaxseeds in a pan with 3 TBSP of water over low heat for 10 min.
Put 2/3 of beans with oatmeal, Herbalife24® Enhanced Protein Powder, miso paste and the spices in the food processor.
Finely chop mushrooms. Add 1 TBSP of oil to a hot pan and fry mushrooms for 6 minutes. Season with salt.
Put mushrooms, grated onion, remaining beans, flaxseeds and walnuts in the food processor and chop them.
Form patties with the mixture and cook them with oil, 5 minutes per side.

Get some serious Spring vibes onto the table with this Bulgur Wheat Salad. 🍽️👌
Topped with feta, pomegranate and pumpkin seeds, it's low in fat, high in minerals and a great source of plant based protein.
Add it to your weekly meal plan!👇
INGREDIENTS (Serves 4-6)
▪️200g bulgur wheat
▪️finely grated zest and juice of 1 lemon
▪️1 tbsp chopped mint
▪️1 tbsp chopped parsley
▪️50ml extra virgin olive oil
▪️Sea salt & ground pepper
▪️1 pomegranate, cut in half and seeds removed
▪️100g feta cheese, broken into 1-2cm chunks
▪️2 tbsp toasted pumpkin seeds
METHOD
👉Cover the bulgur wheat in boiling water and allow to soak for 10-15 minutes until just tender. Drain well.
👉Mix the lemon juice and zest, the chopped mint and parsley, and the extra virgin olive oil. Stir through the bulgur wheat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
👉Scatter with the pomegranate seeds and any juice, the feta and toasted pumpkin seeds.
