My client came back today for her 6-week lymphatic maintenance appointment and LOOK at the difference💫

After several physiotherapy and acupuncture appointments, my client was still struggling to lift her arms comfortably overhead.
Following targeted soft tissue work, she left with noticeably improved shoulder mobility.
Why did I ask my client to bend forwards with the cups on? 👇
Adding movement while dry cups are in place changes the way the tissues are loaded. As my client bends forward, the skin and fascia glide underneath the cups, creating a different stretch through the lower back than static cupping alone.
This can help:
✔️ Improve tissue mobility
✔️ Reduce stiffness
✔️ Encourage movement through restricted areas
✔️ Combine the benefits of cupping with active mobility
