YOUR SAFETY IS MY PRIORITY.
Professional foot care isnāt just about beautiful, healthy feet. Itās also about hygiene, safety and trust.
Every client deserves to feel confident that the instruments used during their treatment are properly cleaned, sterilised and prepared with care.
⨠Why is instrument sterilisation so important?
⢠Helps prevent cross-contamination.
⢠Reduces the risk of spreading infections.
⢠Maintains high standards of professional hygiene.
⢠Provides peace of mind during every appointment.
Because professional care begins long before your treatment starts.
Your feet deserve safe, professional care.
Exciting news is on the way! āØ

Sometimes everything takes longer than we would like. But for us, it is important not simply to create something new, but to create something we truly believe in and can be proud of.
And today, we can finally reveal a little secretā¦
A new product is on its way to the JEFERA family! š
Just a little more patience. We canāt wait to introduce it to you!

An ingrown toenail can start as mild discomfort - but ignoring it may allow the problem to progress.
Early assessment helps identify what is causing the pressure and allows the right treatment approach to be chosen before the problem becomes more difficult to manage.
If something doesnāt feel right, donāt wait until it becomes painful.
With love,

3 key principles when working with a foot care client š£
1. Thorough consultation and medical history
Every treatment should begin with the right questions.
A foot care professional should understand:
ā When did the problem start?
ā What may have caused it?
ā Are there any medical conditions, lifestyle factors or habits affecting the feet?
A detailed consultation helps us understand the problem properly and choose the safest approach.
1. Safe and precise treatment
Knowing what to remove ā and what to leave alone ā is extremely important.
The correct tools and technique should always be chosen carefully to avoid damaging healthy tissue and to keep the treatment safe, effective and as comfortable as possible.
1. Individual home-care advice
Foot care doesnāt end when the client leaves the clinic.
Home-care products and routines should be recommended according to the clientās individual skin and nail condition, with clear instructions on what to use and how to use it.
⨠These three steps are the foundation of safe, professional and effective foot care.

Did you know that many foot problems we see in adults can actually start in childhood? š£
Poorly fitted shoes and incorrect toenail trimming can contribute to:
š¹ Ingrown toenails
š¹ Changes in foot shape and development
š¹ Posture and walking problems
Shoes that are too small can squeeze growing feet and restrict natural movement and development.
āļø Cutting toenails too short or rounding the corners can also increase the risk of ingrown nails, inflammation and discomfort when walking.
A few simple habits can make a big difference:
ā Check your childās shoe size regularly ā around every 3 months
ā Choose well-fitted shoes with plenty of room for the toes to move naturally
ā Cut toenails straight across and avoid digging into the corners
ā Seek professional advice at the first signs of pain, redness or nail problems
Healthy feet start in childhood. Small habits today can help prevent much bigger problems later. šš»

Yra žmonių, kuriuos sutinki dÄl profesijos, bet su laiku jie tampa kur kas daugiau nei tik kolegos. š¤
Man visada be galo gera susitikti su kolegÄmis, buvusiomis mokinÄmis, pabendrauti, pasidalinti patirtimi, mintimis ir tiesiog pabÅ«ti kartu.

I donāt usually talk about this, but sometimes I am scared.
Scared of making the wrong decision.
Scared of failing.
Scared of disappointing the people who believe in me.
Scared that Iām trying to carry too much at once.
People often see the strong side of me ā working, building, creating, smiling and always moving forward.
But they donāt always see how much I overthink, how many nights my mind doesnāt switch off, or how often I question whether Iām doing enough ā as a mum, a wife, a woman and a business owner.
Iām proud of what Iāve built, but that doesnāt mean I never doubt myself.
I do.
I just keep going anyway.
Maybe that is what strength looks like for me. š¤

Life isnāt about having everything perfect.
Itās about learning to appreciate the little things ā a quiet morning, the sound of the sea, a coffee in your hand, your family close, and that feeling of simply being present. š¤
The older I get, the more I understand that happiness doesnāt always come from achieving more or having more. Sometimes happiness is having less pressure, less rushing, and more moments that feel real.
Life moves so quickly. Work will always be there. There will always be another goal, another plan, another thing waiting to be done.
But this moment?
This day?
This version of us?
It wonāt come back.
So Iām learning to live a little slower, breathe a little deeper, worry a little less and enjoy the life I have created. šāļø
Because in the end, the simple moments often become the most precious memories. š¤
