ÅBYN House Spa

Say hello to Autumn at ÅBYN 🍁

A new season, and three new ways to slow down ~ Rooted, Afterglow, Ember.

Each ritual has been created around that feeling we start to crave at this time of year… warmth, comfort, nourishment and a little more time to simply switch off.

I’m thinking warm oils, hot towels, soft skin, grounding touch, nourishing rituals and that ‘I genuinely don’t need to be anywhere else right now’ feeling 🤎

And if you want to lean even further into the season, you can add our hot stone enhancement to any of the three rituals.

Available for a limited time only - October & November.

Autumn at ÅBYN is now live to book 🫶🏼

A little reintroduction to the heart & soul behind ÅBYN 🤎

I’m Ella - therapist, entrepreneur, wife, mum of two, and the person behind everything you see here 🫶🏼

Over the years my business has grown and changed alongside me. What started as simply doing a job I loved has slowly become something much bigger… a space, a community, and a way of working that fits around the life I want to live.

ÅBYN is my little garden spa in the countryside, created entirely around how I believe treatments should feel. Unhurried, considered, nurturing and personal. Somewhere you can arrive exactly as you are, switch off from everything outside, and be looked after for a while.

Get to know me a little bit… 🤭

✨ I’m a home girl through & through. Give me a slow day at home with my family & animals over almost anything.

✨ I’m a mum of two, and becoming a mum has probably shaped the way I run my business more than anything else. I want to be ambitious, but I also want to be present for my life.

✨ I’m happiest when I’m creating. Treatments, little details in the spa, making content, ideas for the business, my brain rarely switches off 👀

✨ I’m slightly obsessed with interior and making spaces feel beautiful.

✨ Comfort will win over glam every single time.

✨ Chocolate remains one of my greatest weaknesses.

✨ I care deeply about the experience people have with me at ÅBYN. Not just whether the massage was ‘good’, but whether you felt safe, cared for, understood and able to let go.

And I think that last one probably sums ÅBYN up best… I’m building a business that allows me to do work I genuinely love, with women I genuinely love looking after, while still having space for motherhood, family, and all the ordinary bits of life that matter to me.

There are lots of exciting things quietly growing behind the scenes at the moment too, and for the first time I’m starting to share a little more of the business behind ÅBYN as well as treatments themselves 👀

So whether you’re here because you’re a client, a fellow therapist/business owner, you love watching treatments, or you just enjoy following… hi 🤎 I’m very glad you’re here.

An invitation to completely switch off. Slow, soothing somatic massage flows across the shoulders, décolleté, neck, face, scalp, arms and hands - the areas so many of you never want me to leave.

Designed to quieten the nervous system, soften tension and give you permission to simply be still. Nothing to do, nowhere to be. Just surrender.

🤎 I love putting together rituals that combine the most complimented elements of my treatments. I know so many of you will melt into this one ✨
