If you havent joined us for any of our Menopause sessions yet, heres some answers to some of the questions you might have ☺️

🚙 Parking
We have 15 spaces across the front and back of the building. No parking on the road required 👍

📌 Location
We are inside the SMART Qualifications building at 99 Fengate Peterborough. SMART Menopause Hub is part of the SMART Classes offering, so you simply need to access SMART Classes via GYM CATCH to see all of the classes offered 😊

🤸 Does this mean I can go to all the classes?
YES! You can come along to any of the classes offered and we offer drop in classes for just £6.50 a class! Or buy a package for even better value! 🎉

☕️🥤💦🚽 Facilities
We have separate s*x toilets, showers and changing rooms, as well as lockers. We also have a functioning kitchen so you can enjoy a coffee after class, top up your water bottle or heat up your lunch before work ☺️

📅⏰️ Class times and days
The SMART Menopause Hub only launched in June and we are still finding out what the demand is. We will shortly be launching a poll to find out what suits you and when so be sure to look out for that, or just drop us a message so we can start planning the rest of the year!
