● Customers who have already missed their appointment without prior notice will have to pay the total cost of the service when book a new appointment .
This amount will not be refunded if you do not attend again.

● There are no credits.

● If you are unable to attend, you must notify me 48 hours in advance.

So that these people understand at once, this is my job, it's not a hobby, if you don't show up I spend between 2 and 3h without working. If you let me know in advance, I may be able to fit someone in at that time.
If they don't warn me, they'll stop me from working!

● Clientes que já faltaram à sua marcação sem aviso prévio, para novo agendamento terá que fazer pré pagamento do valor total do serviço .
Esse valor não será devolvido, caso não compareça de novo.

● Não há fiados.

● Na impossibilidade de comparecer deve avisar 24 horas antes .

Para que essas pessoas entendam de uma vez, este é o meu trabalho não é hobbie , na falta de comparência fico entre 1h a 2h sem trabalhar. Se me avisam com tempo, posso conseguir encaixar alguém nesse horário.
Se não avisam impedem me de trabalhar!
