This is why I did what I do. A good friend was about to compete in HYROX London and was suffering with planter fascia pain. I offered to tape his foot for him ahead of the race and he felt so much relief!! Life is about helping others to get better and offer support. Be kind and look after each other 💙

Something amazing happened today. Half an hour before my Hyrox Pro Men , I bumped into @neilzebadee and Neil asked me about my injury. He instantly offered to tape my foot and I ran the race straightaway. It really helped me.@ncf_sports_therapy it was 10/10, you are the best 👌 🙏
