⭐️ 𝐏𝐮𝐩𝐢𝐥 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 ⭐️ Not only is Nat a fantastic Pilates instructor and holistic therapist but she absolutely smashed her Beauty Facial Training 👏 Such a pleasure to teach Nat a new skill to add to her current practices. BUT just a high five for all self employed people out there 💚

Being self employed is HARD
You don’t have a line manager
You are it !
You don’t have a marketing team
You are it !
You don’t have a HR team or payroll
You are it !
If you have time off … you aren’t earning ( no holiday pay here )

So when you want to upskill and continue your professional development - you have to source a credited training provider , make sure your insurance covers it , oh and pay for it yourself, on top of losing a days or days of earnings to actually attend it !

Today I’ve chosen to up skill and I’m SOOOO happy I’ve waited and found something & someone that is suitable for me and my business to actually go in a direction I never thought it would !
Has it cost me YES
Is it worth it HELL YES

So all I’m asking is PLEASE if you can support a small business then do and if you are cancelling consider the impact ( said with love ❤️)
