Pippa May The Beauty Salon

It’s been such a long time since I last posted, but I promise I’m still here! I think about you all often, wonder how you’re doing, and really miss our salon chats. I think it’s going to take the longest catch-ups when I’m finally back!
Matilda is now 8 weeks old, and it’s all going so quickly. I’m trying to soak up every moment because I know this stage doesn’t last forever. Sadly, she was recently diagnosed with an inguinal hernia, and we’re currently waiting for her appointment to find out whether she’ll need surgery. As you can imagine, with her being so tiny, it’s been a worrying time.
Albie is completely obsessed with his little sister, and we’re absolutely loving life as a family of four.
I hope you’re all doing well. I can’t wait to see you all again soon!

Maternity leave has officially begun, and I have such mixed emotions — I’m definitely ready to slow down before baby arrives, but I’m really going to miss you all.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful gifts and cards, but most of all for your kindness and support — it truly means a lot.

I’ll keep you all updated on baby news and my return to work date.
