I am now on holiday so my phone will be turned off for a week, I’ll be back in the salon on Saturday 12th September so will pick up any messages or texts then, see you all soon.

Booking and cancellation policy policy

A quick note about payment methods at the salon moving forwards, I will no longer be accepting payment via cards saved to the Fresha system as the charges are rising, you may still pay by card but you will physically need to tap or insert the card into the machine. I’m also happy to take a bank transfer or cash payments. The charges for a card system really start to add up for a small business.

Policy update :
When I client fails to turn up for an appointment I will give you 48 hours from sending the no show notification to contact me to explain why you did not show up. If you choose to not contact me any future bookings you already have will be cancelled as I will assume you no longer require my services.
